You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is processed. This will include a tracking number so you can track your order. Make sure someone is home to sign the delivery otherwise they will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons. We want to be sure your order reaches you and only you. If you haven’t received your order after 10 days please send us an email, with your order number, at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to locate the problem. Orders that have not been picked up at your delivery station within 14 days will be returned to us, and we will make a refund of the products. However, funkyjewel.gr does not refund the shipping costs.

Place your order to have your collect-in-store order delivered the next weekday. The minute your delivery confirmation email can be found in your inbox your order will be ready for pickup. Make sure to bring your ID
